Dance Eisteddfod
CONGRATULATIONS to our Junior Dance Eisteddfod Team for their amazing performance at Beenleigh Eisteddfod last Friday. For our first Dance eisteddfod, they did amazingly well, scoring a score of 84% - first place received 87%, so we were not far off! Well done, team! And thank you to Miss Parker who successfully created an amazing team, working cross campus – fabulous, talented choreographer that she is!
We're in our final weeks of preparations for:
SHOWCASE 2026 – ‘Illuminate’ – Friday 28 August

Dear Parents and Guardians
Yesterday, we enjoyed a fantastic morning of activity and fun at our Prep and Stage 1 Active Athletics Morning. Our Year 6 Captains did a wonderful job leading students through a range of modified athletic events, encouraging younger students as they developed their skills, confidence and enjoyment of movement. A huge thank you to the parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends who came along to cheer our students on. Your presence made the morning even more special and is such an important part of building a connected school community.
At assembly today, Mr Linning introduced students to another of the Superflex Unthinkables, D.O.F. (Destroyer of Fun). D.O.F. represents the thinking trap that can take over when we focus on stopping others from having fun, being overly negative or trying to control how others play. Students explored how we can recognise when D.O.F. is showing up and use our Superflex thinking to choose a more positive response. Learning to let others enjoy themselves, compromise and celebrate the fun of others are important skills for building healthy and respectful friendships.

Real Life Christian Church: Kids Holiday Event
Pastor Jayden here with some exciting news!
These school holidays, the Kids Life team at Real Life Christian Church is hosting Kids Life Plus: Kingdom Quest! This exciting holiday event is for children from Prep to Year 6 and will run from Monday 21 September to Wednesday 23 September, from 9:00am–3:00pm each day at Real Life Christian Church.
There will be three action-packed days of gospel-centred fun, games, activities and adventure as we explore the Kingdom Quest together!
