Common Questions

Bus Services

The College bus service operates routes in partnership with Express Coach Lines. The routes include timed pick-up/drop-off points. Students do not need to book to use a bus. Any student can arrive at a pick-up point by the appointed time, tap on to pay the fare with their student card (preloaded to cover the bus fare) and enjoy transport to and/or from the College. The service runs like a public transport service but only Calvary students will be served by the Calvary bus runs. Parents will be able to track their bus route to determine where the bus is during the run via the Bus Minder App.

The College manages the usage and fees of the bus service via the Bus Minder App. You will need to download this App prior to utilising the bus service. The Bus Minder App will allow you to pay for the bus fare and monitor when your child taps on and off the bus.  Parents have a choice of purchasing a Term Pass or paying lump sum payments throughout the year.   Student cards must always have a sufficient balance to cover the intended trip.

The College bus service visits a large number of council bus stops within the Logan, Brisbane and Redland council areas.  Bus routes start from Ormeau, Browns Plains, Rochedale, Springwood, Capalaba and Thornlands.  Please click on the below link to view the Bus Routes.
